Dr. Allie August received her EdD from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, focusing on Montessori education. Her research interests include children’s faith formation, education, and learning communities. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Northeastern Baptist College. Allie and her best friend, Dr. Jared August, were married in 2014. They enjoy going on fun adventures around the world—especially in the mountains—with their two young children.
