What is a Cohort?

CFC learning cohorts are supportive and collaborative learning communities consisting of 10-15 ministry leaders, all committed to ministry with children in the church.  Our hope is that the cohort participants will develop long-lasting relationships and discover new ideas and innovative ways, capturing a vision for reimagining church where a child’s faith flourishes.

Join us for the Engaging Children in Worship Pilot Cohort as we explore how the church can encourage children to move from observers to active participants in the worshiping community.

  • We will accommodate two people from each church in the cohort.  So we encourage you to partner with your pastor, worship leader, or children’s ministry leader to collaborate and envision what your church can be!
  • Since this is a pilot for our cohorts, we do have the expectation that each participant fill out a detailed survey at the end of the cohort. This information is going to be critical as we continue to grow the cohort experience.
