Empowering Families for Discipleship
Parents have the most impact on a child's faith development. How can the church empower families to grow in faith together?
Join with peers to help each other learn and grow your ministry over a few months to a year.
Make time for strategy
Over the course of 3 months to a year you’ll meet regularly with your group to discuss a particular aspect of children’s ministry, plan your next steps, and share how everyone is dreaming.
Bring lessons home
Our cohorts are hands-on–think workshop instead of lecture. With the guidance of your leader and support of your cohort, you’ll develop ways to put what you’re learning into practice.
Build a network of support
With group sizes capped at 24, you’ll be able to build your network of passionate peers while leaving space to help each other grow and connect on a personal level.
